Kerry SkardaFounder, President
Kerry brings over 25 years of industry experience to BCG. Her education from the Maryland Institute College of Art instilled a deep belief in the transformative powers of art and design to solve problems. She believes that curiosity, community, creativity, and kindness lead to lasting relationships and harmony. And as a leader, she inspires others to do what brings them the most joy and be their most authentic selves. Passionately living and constantly growing, Kerry strives to be a catalyst for positive change.
Vickie ParlierOperations Manager
Vickie brings 25+ years of administrative experience in Practice Management, Operations Management, and Human Resources. She assists in the development and implementation of BCG’s policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices. She maintains account receivables and monthly billing. In addition to Vickie’s professional experience, she enjoys creating a positive, heart-centered work environment that builds a strong team at BCG.
Lisa BarrowsExecutive Account Director
Lisa Barrows is a Brand and Marketing Strategist with over 9 years of experience partnering with clients to grow their personal and professional brands using Traditional to Digital mediums. From multimillion dollar brands to start ups — Lisa develops the strategies that drive conversions, increase company profitability and achieve goals.
Anna SutherlandCreative Services Manager
As BCG’s Creative Services Manager, Anna utilizes her knowledge of graphic design and her natural passion for digital marketing to streamline the project process and manage agency/client relationships. As a former freelance graphic designer and social media manager, she has extensive experience in developing long lasting relationships with clients and overseeing projects from beginning to end.
Julie JangSenior Graphic Designer
With over 15 years of experience in Graphic Design and an educational background from the Maryland Institute College of Art, Julie brings both passion and seasoned skills to BCG as the Senior Designer and Art Director. Her love for problem solving and attention to details has enabled her to build brand aesthetics for clients at BCG and produce effective solutions for their marketing initiatives.
Kelsey JonesSenior Graphic Designer
In her last 5 years with BCG, Kelsey has grown from a recently graduated, junior designer to an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated senior designer. Kelsey utilizes her extensive brand knowledge to ensure our client work remains consistent and cohesive across multiple marketing channels ranging from print to digital. She consistently develops materials that are creative, innovative, and effective.
Meredith BurkeSenior Graphic Designer
Meredith Burke is senior graphic designer for BCG, contributing over fifteen years of experience serving nonprofits, arts organizations, and other mission-driven entities with her illustration and print, digital, and brand design skills. Previously, Meredith worked as senior graphic designer for Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
As BCG’s technical director, Spud is responsible for translating concepts into prototypes, and prototypes into digital reality. With over two decades of web development experience, Spud makes the complexities of programming appear effortless.
