Meet the Team
Kerry SkardaFounder, President
As founder and president of BCG, Kerry brings over 20 years of design and industry experience to the firm. Her education from the Maryland Institute College of Art instilled in her a deep belief in the transformative powers of art and design within the community as well as the empowerment that a strong and nurturing educational environment can provide. Kerry brings a keen eye for detail and gut-level insight into what makes design successful.
Christian LalloChief Creative Officer
As Chief Creative Officer, Christian creatively aligns content strategy and messaging with the business goals of our clients — distilling a brand’s essence into a foundational platform. With an expertise in web technologies, and strategic understanding of a project, he ensures that the big picture goals of a project aren’t lost during the technical transition from idea to reality. Previously, Christian served as the creative director for NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope Strategic Communications Office.
Lisa BarrowsAccount Executive
Lisa Barrows is a graduate from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications: Advertising and Public Relations. Prior to joining BCG, Lisa performed as an Account Executive for an advertising agency, conducting account management duties on behalf of several Division 1 collegiate sports programs.
Lucas BadgerSenior Art Director
Lucas Badger serves as senior art director and digital experience designer for BCG. He creates targeted brand campaigns and thoughtful designs for internationally known clients like Goldwell Hair Care and Johns Hopkins University. As a seasoned designer, he utilizes his illustrative, layout, and digital skills to build and enhance our clients collateral and websites.
As BCG’s technical director, Spud is responsible for translating concepts into prototypes, and prototypes into digital reality. With nearly two decades of web development experience, Spud makes the complexities of programming appear effortless.
AthenaLead Designer, Specialty Brands
With more than two decades of experience in advertising and design, Athena serves as the lead designer for our specialty brand clients, working to ensure their brands remain consistent and cohesive across all platforms. She uses her problem-solving skills and extensive knowledge of the fast-paced advertising scene to be creative on a deadline. Athena previously worked as Art & Production Director at City Paper.
Alex LinaburgSenior Designer
In her nearly 10 years with BCG, Alex blossomed from summer intern to seasoned print and digital designer. Using her publication design skills, she now works with our specialty brand clients as their brand design specialist.
Sarah YeagerGraphic Designer
Sarah specializes in illustration and data visualization for BCG. Along with her talented type and layout skills, she brings a unique perspective to each project. Upon graduating from the Maryland Institute College of Art, Sarah received the MICA Graphic Design Department’s “Heart is in the Work” award for her Senior Thesis.
